It is no secret! Vegeta is the best-selling seasoning in Europe!   Nielsen the well known international market research firm’s Retail Measurement Panel*  just proclaimed the Vegeta brand as the best selling savory seasoning. Scanning retail points of sale in 31 European markets from August 2019 to July 2020, Vegeta was first in volume sales in the dehydrated food seasoning category. The Vegeta Brand is comprised of the culinary Vegeta Original and  Vegeta Natur product offerings.

...and there’s no secret why Vegeta is the best selling seasoning in Europe. Vegeta is a very special and unique seasoning blend. When home cooks add Vegeta to their entrees, soups, stews, grill meats, or fish, they find it works like magic bringing out the natural flavours and greatly enhancing the taste of whatever they are cooking. Once consumers discover Vegeta, it becomes an indispensible staple in their kitchen pantry, and buy it again and again.

Vegeta was initially very well received in the domestic market when it was first created over sixty years ago. The first export markets were in Eastern Europe, and during the subsequent years in the 1960’s the market grew to encompass retail sales in Austria, Sweden, West Germany and Czechoslovakia. In order to continue to expand the regional market, Vegeta has tailored its usage in diverse European national cuisines, and developed new recipes that reflect evolving consumer trends and dietary preferences, and has won numerous prestigious awards.  Vegeta continues to this day to deliver to the European consumer innovation, new packaging formats and guarantees of  the highest quality seasoning.
